Get OverDrive Media Console
(Sync titles won't play without it!)

- Download the OverDrive Media Console

• Download OverDrive Media Console for Mac
• Download OverDrive Media Console for Windows

- Save the OverDrive Media Console

• Macs will download a .dmg file
• Windows will download an .msi file
  

- (Macs) Find OverDrive Media Console on your computer and open installer.

- (Windows) Click "Run" when asked what you want to do with the "ODMediaConsoleSetup.msi" file.

- Install OverDrive Media Console. Click "OK," "Continue," or "Next" when prompted by your computer's installation program.

Download this week's Sync audiobook
Return to Sync ABC Group to get the link!

- Get Synched: Step 1—Fill out the form and click "Submit".

• This form will generate a confirmation email, which you should receive shortly.
• Your unique download link will be active for 24 hours.
• Not in the US? Check if the Sync audiobook is available in your country here.

- Get Synched: Step 2—Click "Get Sync Link" to get the download link to your Sync audiobook

- Get Synched: Step 3—Your Sync link has now been created! You may now download your Sync audiobook by clicking on the "Download (Sync Title) now!" button.

Open the .odm file on your hard drive
(this will automatically open OverDrive Media Console)

- (Macs) The .odm file will be in your Downloads folder.
- (Windows) The .odm will download automatically. Click "Allow" if prompted to approve the download.

- Click "OK" when the OverDrive Media Console prompts you to Get Media

- Select "All" when asked which parts of your Sync audiobook you want to download.

- Click "OK" to download all parts of your Sync audiobook. Download progress will be displayed at the bottom of the OverDrive Media Console window.

Transfer the Sync audiobook to your MP3 player
(For a list of compatible devices, check here)

- Be sure your MP3 player is connected to your computer
- Click "Transfer" in OverDriveMedia Console
- Click "Next" when prompted by the Transfer Wizard

- Click "Next" to transfer all parts of your Sync audiobook.

Can I copy and distribute Sync audiobooks for my students/patrons to use?
Sync audiobooks are intended for personal use only. Sync audiobooks may not be copied and distributed under any circumstances.

Can our library add the Sync audiobooks to our audiobook collection or to our existing OverDrive collection?
No. Sync audiobooks are for personal use only. Individual titles within the Sync program are available for purchase through OverDrive. Contact your digital content provider for more information.

Are Sync titles available internationally?
International rights are determined by the publishers and vary from title to title. The list below notes the rights associated with each title.
