The online store I use for throat sprays is Just Gotta Sing.  This is not my advertisement for the company; I just mention it because they often have interesting articles on issues of vocal hygiene, vocal abuse (doncha love that term? iPads In and Out of the Studio

I just did a 1 hour test in Heather's booth I've built her. The booth is about 380 cu. ft. I had all the lights on, had my laptop with me and was working and surfing. Took a couple phone calls. I never felt uncomfortable. The temp went from about 65F to 70 F in that time. When I finally stepped out the air seemed like it had gotten a bit "stale" but that's it. I think I'm going to finish up some details and the interior sound absorbers and let Heather see if she wants more formal ventilation than just opening the door once an hour.
