'Loan' of audio books

I'm only just putting my toe in the water with mp3 audiobooks. I'm in a Secondary girls' school and have had limited interest in cd audio books from the girls in the past, although my own daughters were addicted to them throughout their teenage years (when it was no longer cool for Mum to read to them!). I'm really unsure of how you 'circulate' mp3 files in a school library. I'm looking for some practical advice.
